Hello everybody I’m back for this hot Summer article!
Leanne a worker at Wingham Wildlife Park, had treated me and my family to a game of mini golf. My Mum won the first 9 holes and I won the second 9! It was so much fun!

Next to the mini golf and new outdoor play area, they are building some REALLY tall towers, right up to the skies! It could be a new enclosure but I think it looks like another play area for children, let’s wait and see!

After golf we went to look at the Monkeys. It was their feeding time and some were waiting to be fed. Mali the baby Howler Monkey, crawled off his Mummy’s back, grabbed his hands full of leaves and jumped back onto his Mummy’s back to eat them. He is 6 months now and has grown so much.
We spent a lot of time watching the Meerkats and their pups being very cute and funny. The pups were practicing their burrowing skills and scrambling on top of each other.

One Meerkat was flat on his back soaking up the sun while the little ones were working and playing.

The reptile house still isn’t open! I cannot wait to get inside and have a look!
I’ll be back in the October half term!
Enjoy the rest of your Summer., bye for now.
Lewis.
