Habitat and Distribution
They inhabit rainforests in The Philippines.
Diet
They are herbivores feeding largely on tree leaves.
Groups and Breeding
Stick insects are often perthenogenic (the female’s eggs can develop without fertilisation). They have a three-part life cycle starting with the egg which hatches into a nymph shedding their exoskeletons as they grow until they are adults.
Threats
They have not yet been assessed by the IUCN.
