To help ease congestion at the entrance we recommend that you pre-book your tickets if you are a paying visitor (this is no longer necessary for membership holders), as it just makes the entrance procedure quicker.

Paying visitors who require an essential carer to accompany them in order to have a day out at the park are eligible to bring with them one essential carer, free of charge, subject to written evidence in the form of:

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter
  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter
  • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) letter
  • Attendance allowance (AA) letter
  • Adult / Child Disability Payment (ADP / CDP) letter
  • Photographic staff identification card from a registered nursing or residential care home (foster homes in this instance do not qualify)
  • Confirmation of a requirement for an essential carer by a medical professional on NHS headed paper
  • Access card (must show on the front that the person requires a carer)
  • Severely sight impaired registration confirmation
  • Sight impaired registration confirmation
  • CEA card

The evidence provided must be dated within the last 12 months no other cards, letters or blue badges will be accepted as evidence.

Please note that our staff are not medical professionals and as such we do not expect them to make a judgement decision about a disability without the above written evidence.  As such, if evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required, both for visitors and carers.

Carers must be aged 16 or older.

* – In order to qualify for the renewal price you must renew at the park in person (not available online) have held membership with us which expired within the previous 28 days and will need to bring your membership card with you when renewing.  We will reuse these cards and as well as saving money on your new year with the park you will be helping the environment and saving time!

*** – Direct debit membership may only be purchased online before your visit (you will not be able to claim back a day ticket price to be discounted from a direct debit season ticket membership) and require a 45% initial payment which is followed by 6 equal monthly payments on direct debit.  Due to the significantly higher charges for processing direct debit payments we are unable to offer renewal discounts.

Please note that we do not accept cheque payment on the gate and that children (anyone aged 15 or below) are not permitted to be in the park unattended, and will not be granted entry without an adult.

The disabled visitor will hold a membership card which needs to be brought to the park upon every visit.  The carer will not receive their own card, instead being included as an additional entry on the disabled visitors ticket.  As such a carer cannot use the ticket without the disabled visitor. This carer must be named and photographed and the dedicated carer is not able to be changed during a membership period so please ensure that on your first visit you are accompanied by your main carer as this will be the one who is able to accompany you for free on your ticket.

Group rates are available for groups containing 16 paying persons or more. Including: Brownies, Scouts, Play schemes & Affinity.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

We do not accept Tesco vouchers as payment at the park.
